That big flat head screw snapped. If you have a 240 kit you really need to remove that tors. Now that it has snapped you really have no choice.

Ok so tors are disconnected and its still acting up. It starts but wont idle have to give it full throttle to keep it running. Having the same teouble with my other blaster after tors were disconnected

That big screw is the idle adjustment. Since you broke it off you now have no way to control your idle. You will need to buy a kit (as listed above in herpderplol's post) to install a idle screw on your carb. The kit also includes a new cap to replace the TORS brick on top of the carb.

You should also look into a leak down test before you blow that new top end.

Yes it should run right then, after you get the idle screw figured out.

If its 03+ it could be the parking brake switch.

When you cut the TORs wires, did you twist them together (i suggest soldier them)? You must do that.

The 04 need the switch removed. On the clutch, pull out the switch (top one on the big blocky thing) And snip off the wires. Do NOT connect the wires... Just pull it out and snip it off, pretty easy.
