240 Porting

Can anyone tell me... Where is the best place to have my cylinder ported? I live in Northeast PA, and if there's somewhere to get it done locally, I'd like to do it but if I have to send it out I will. I'm not looking to spend a real lot of money, and I'm DEFINITELY not looking to run race gas.
