I have a 1998 240 Big Bore Blaster for sale. The motor is a fresh rebuilt and built just about as far as it will go. I'm looking to trade for a 125 dirt bike or another race-able quad. I will also sell for $1200 or best offer. The buyer or trader *MUST PICK UP*. Here is a list of mods that I can think of off the top of my head:
240 LA Sleeve Kit
Engine is Ported And Polished
+3 Vito's Stuffer Crank
All Balls Engine Bearings
Boyesen Dual Stage Power reeds
Vito's "Fat Bastard" pipe
Vito's Reed Spacer
TORS Removal Kit
Oil injector removed
+1 Stretched A-Arms
15-38 Gearing
New gears in transmission
Hinson Clutch Components
SideWinder Twist Grip Throttle
All new Cable kit from Motion Pro
Shorty Clutch Handle
Sunstar Sprockets
O-Ring Chain
Renthal Handle bars
DG Nerf Bars
DG Grab Bar
York Custome Boot Cleats
Maxxis Razr Rear Tires
Titan Fast Trekker fronts
Douglas Red Label rims
That is just what I can think of right now. There's even more done to it. I have always taken care of it by mixing the oil perfectly, changing the oil every 10 hours, and storing it in a heated garage. It has some problems like it needs some bearings and the frame needs slightly corrected. This is a common problem with Blaster but is easily fixable within a $20-$50 price range from any body shop. For $1200 this quad is a steal. The motor alone has that much in it. I just need the cash for a bigger quad or a bike.

price is good either way, but i think we determined it was a vito's kit in chat the other night. making it not quite as good of a deal, but should've been fixed when transferring the ad from his other posting

I am pretty sure it is a stock cylinder with the 240 sleeve etc. good luck on the sale.Free Bump

I was thinking of trying to get it but if it's not an LA Sleeve BBK, I'll pass on it for that price.I'm not saying it's not worth it but for me it would be with the cost of getting it.

Sorry for not checking on the thread guys. I'm located in Warren, PA 16365. The engine is NOT a stock head from Vito's with the 240 cylinder. It is actually the Vito's head and jug. It was PORTED by LA Sleeve. I will throw in over $500 worth of extra parts. As for pictures here you go. With the crank and everything I think it's actually a 245. I see no pics on your photobucket. I really doubt you will get a lot of interest until you have proof of product and quality. Just trying to help a bro out. I:I
