I purchased this predator from a friend that installed the hetrick pipe and big bore kit. I am new to this machine and saw a similar thread on this forum. The machine seems to idle high. In forward, its like it has no bottom end. It will take off slow them get on it once moving. It will rip in reverse... No bogging at all in reverse. Someone suggested that it may be a clutch spring. Another thing I noticed is that if i shut the machine off, and start it up and gun it, it will take off in forward better. I am lost... Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

I don't know much about them ether but I think they have a rev limiter switch for reverse. Something may be out of adjustment. Maybe that's why it guns great in reverse Nd not forward.

The rev limiter comes on I'm reverse. It's just when in forward, it's slow to start going. There is no hill climbing power in forward. I will get on it once it starts to move and has plenty of power.... Just doesn't make any sense.
