what is a good reliable bottom end rebuild kit for around 250 i went to http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com/21035/i/wiseco-complete-bottom-end-rebuild-kit and 3 reviews said they blew up about a week later and it made me a bit sceptical about buying it any others u guys can think of thanks for your help

Were the reviews from accredited mechanics or backyard bodgers?
A wrongly fitted bottom end has very little chance of running for many hours.

At least two of the reviews were crf250s. Not that it should matter, but just pointing it out.
Have had a Weisco crank in the Banshee for 3 yrs. Might look on Ebay for better price. Also consider a Vito's, they have a bare crank for $112 (IIRC) piece your own kit together.
