Actually got her put together as much as I can till I get the motor back from the shop

anodized paint looks really well also, but it must be like a chrome finish first,or spray painted chrome first, also hard
to work with since it needs to be lightly applied little at a time:)
when the light hits it it looks even better:) search anodized paint images and you will see some great stuff...the blue anodized is in my profile pic,on stator cover:)

Unless your retaining your tors unit, don't remember which one it is, you won't need one of those black boxes under the hood.

Yea no tors. I still got a lot of things left to do. I'm kinda slacking on that one I have to take the harness apart and go thru it. the way the guy at the shop told me the motor was assembled wrong everyway possible so I betting that the harness is all jacked up also with there being no headlight and tailight isn't a oem one

Looks good! How long till you get the motor back?
I have no clue I gave him the $ for the parts mid sept month and a half later he was still waiting on parts didn't hear nothing from him for a few weeks talked to him he said he assembled it but must of over looked a chunk missing out of the shift drum it wouldnt shift ok whatever everybody makes mistakes ask him if he can get 1-2 day shipping on drum because it's been over 2 months no response that's what I get for trying to help a smaller just starting out Business owner out starting to loose my patients goin to his shop sometime this week to see what's up wish I would of sent it to kor

Hooked up the shorty cable and with a little reading on the back mechanical caliper I got them working pretty good as far as I can tell by letting my 7 year old boy sit on it while I push and let him hit the brake ok I let him push me a couple times too while I made blaster sounds and hit the brake we had a blast pun intended

Well I got a chance to pick up another blaster it's a 03-06 missing the seat and does not run guy says he put new piston and rings in it and now can't get it started but for the price I'm gunna snatch it up for 400$ plus a old 12 gauge I have laying around cuz I can't even get front and back hydros for my 2000 for that price. anybody got any input

Well deal fell thru with the other blaster but good news is my motor will suposedly be done tomorrow after 3pm but I have a question the ignition coil I have the boot don't fit on the plug it's too small what can I do I don't really want to go to the Yamaha dealer n pay 60$ but some of the ones I see on eBay say that u may have to use your oem boot
