let me know what u's think

There has been a few piston thread in the last couple of weeks. General consensus is Wiseco with a few exceptions when one of the cheaper cast pistons would be good. Blaster's have a weak piston skirt design and forged piston should be stronger. Also, always do a leak down test before and after engine work, do plug chops to get your jetting right and break in you engine doing a 3 heat cycle routine. And that's just the stuff I've learn in the last few days, lol. In all seriousness, if you want to know about Blasters you have came to the right place. And you're getting off on the right foot, posted pictures with your first post. Welcome to the site.

looks pretty clean atleast. you could always not bore the stock cylinder and get a 240 kit :)))

lol 500 is a bit crazy for me lol... i am going to do .30 over fmf pipe 400ex rear shock "i weight 189" boyson red cage twin air filter nerfs front bumper and some other small stuff trying to make a trail riding quad =)

I'm about 170 and my blaster rear isn't bad but with what I have read on here the 400 shock is the bees knees his legs and his arms gonna be sick when you get it going

Update polished the fmf and the stock pipe .. cyl in being honed .30 over at a race shop should have it back tomorrow also got a polish and light port

I don't know if you saw my post about the stock pipe running with the Powercore2?

Ya I did but I have no choise till like June 30th so I thought I would make it look nice then I am going.to sell it and get a new one .... What will it do if i run it like that I grabed a jet up kit I am going to run it with no air box lid and the pipe and stuff I just need to get it running before I really dump money into it

I honestly don't know, The guy who re-did my top end said the Blasters aren't meant to run that way. I'm sure someone on here would be able to tell you what actually happens.
