2000 blaster build

Ok so I bought a 2000 blaster-and I am gonna build it and powder coat everything.so far I have it stripped to a roller and have the Motor halfway apart,I'm having it bored to 240,and has Fmf fatty 2,Henson reeds,and oil and tors removed and bypassed.thats probley all mods I'm gonna do.but tomorrow I'll post more pics and want you guys To lmk what colors I should do.

firstly, you cannot bore it to a 240cc, you can have it re-sleeved with a 240cc sleve, but not bore the stock sleeve to that cc. you can bore it .40 over, but that doesn't make it a 240cc.

secondly, sounds like a good plan,
but before you go getting all strip/pc happy, where's the ass-end of the subframe ?
the part the seat latch crosses between and the grab bar bolts too is missing.
if you have that, it could be welded back on, so at least the seat can latch on.
or a new to you, used frame may be needed.

That's what I ment .40 over and the seat just latched on to the rear plastics that were bolted down and yes there is no grab bar

you might want to look for a decent used frame on craigslist in your area.
without the cross piece the seat latches too, the seat will play hell on your plastics just hooked to them alone,
the latch should go thru the plastics and connect to the metal cross piece thats missing on your frame.
and the whole subframe is weakened without being connected side to side.

Could I fab one? Have very little money since I just bought a kx250

Allmost done have 2a arms to take off the steering stem and bumper
