2 questions on my blaster

Im almost positive i already posted this but now i cant find the thread so im posting again cause its time for me to go get some work done and finish my bike ahha, Ok, one, I have castrol GTX 20w 50 oil in my garage, would that be ok for tranny oil? and if so how much should i put in? And two, Im putting carbon fiber reeds in so i figured id clean my card while im at it, what exactly should i do to clean it?

basic carb cleaning would be to pull it all apart and spary carb cleaner through all the ports and jets, then follow that up with a good douching of air to clear any remaining debris.
