2 problems, no neutral, and no idle

If the idle adjustment on top of the TORS "brick" is having no effect, the screw is either broken or stripped, or the secondary throttle cable is strecthed beyond limits or is about to break anyhow.
Either pull the two covers off the "brick" and inspect everything to find the problem, OR get a tors elimination kit = peace of mind, new throttle cable, easier carb tuning!!

I read somewhere that you can disconnect the wire going to the throttle box on the right handle and disconnect another wire coming from the tors and that should fix?

this does not solve your idle screw problems on the tors brick, only disconnects the tors electrical function, or malfunction....

Idle problem fixed! Looks like the screw that controls the throttle play attached to the right handlebar throttle box, it was screwed all the way out so you had very little play with the throttle.
