The oil leak could be something as simple as spooge leaking at the exhaust, no big deal. Or it could be something major like a cracked case. Just look at it close. As to compression if it has less than 115 lbs, offer less money and tell them why. Check the suspension for bad ball joints/loose pivots/swing arm/axle. Make sure it shifts through all six gears and clutch works good.
Make sure it is cold when you get to look at it, you want to see how it starts cold. Also make sure you clean around plug when you do test. Remember, throttle wide open, kick till gauge stops moving, fuel off, thread-in tester.
As to spelling, we all make mistakes, but it can make it hard to follow what someone is trying to explain. Worse yet is all the gangster (not gangsta) $hit , might as well be typing Russian.
