First, I'd like to say that I'm trying to grasp the concept of posting certain questions in their proper sections.

Second, specs on the bike.

1998 Yamaha Blaster
Big Bore Kit
Oil Injection Block-Off

It starts fine, but will not idle. It was fine and peachy two nights ago. I picked it up tonight and she starts, but wont idle... What changed over the course of two nights... Hes been mixing 60:1 which is incredibly lean, and the tank is full.

My diagnosis is: Plug is fouled/burned up.

Should I

A) Check and replace plug.
B) Drain tank, check and replace plug.
C) Anything else for the good of God's people?

I already had the 40:1 premix before I saw 32:1... this thing will f*cking fly!!! 1st, no front tires, 2nd no front tires, 3rd, no front tires!

New plug, drained tank, cleaned carb... messed with screw, still no idle??? TORS?

get rid of the tors, throw it in the garbage, get the kit off of ebay for 20 bux.

ok, so, I have to order the tors eliminator kit if i take it off?

I disconnected it at the bottom, and at the top, and it just revs to the sky now? is that b/c i took it off? wonder if my throttle cable is fubar'd?

yeah stock cable won't reach, order the one with the new idle screw.

ok, still got the tors, and the eliminator has a screw that goes where the tors switch goes on the bars correct?

Blaster=money pit :*( I hooked the part back up by the bars and it runs fine, just back to no idle... APPARENTLY, the bike was having issues with TORS after I left and it was running fine...

well i mean you can just pull the brain and sh*t out of it and leave that clunky piece of metal on there, check in diy to unhook everything, and no you have to drill you a spot and tap it to have the new idle screw. if it was me just buy a new carb, 30mm, and the tors eliminator

!@#@$% gah. Its getting progressively harder to start... I'll look into the carb, but the f*cktard that had it before me took the flame arrestor off of the damned silencer to make it loud, now it pops louder than hell.

I'll et the kit, and tap it (haha) Adjust the screw to where it idles? correct? Well, time to go pick up the new kicks...
