Imo just get an Uni filter. Cheaper than K&N and does a better job at keeping dirt out. It flows just a tiny bit less than a K&N.

And for the brake, the best would be a kit made by awk08 here on the forum. He makes all the brackets and it its a complete bolt on kit. You can pm him for more info.
Otherwise you will need to make bracket to fit any other brake on.

The Uni's are reusable, just wash it out and re-oil.
