We cleaned the carb and put a carb rebuild kit in it, It was missing a jet when I got it, installed a kill switch and adjusted the throttle cable and it started idling. Carbs overflowing on and off. Not sure if it is float issue, not sealing or dirt. Cleaned it a 2nd time and there was a small rock in the gas inlet so I think cleaning out the tank would be a good idea as well.
