I have seen and played with a few for the neighbor hood kids there OK for what they are but i would not try to get anymore power out of it. i say that because there pretty cheaply made and probably would not take the extra HP

all i did was put a cone filter and "adapted" a fmf pipe but thats it and it was a noticable diference but thats as far as i wanted to push it lol
some one here owns that blaster...... i forget who. i think he sold it for a dirtbike. get your son a honda trx 90, or a raptor 80.... i had the 80 and it never had NOT ONE problem for the 5 years i had it... now its in some one elses home and a lucky kid will get it for x-mas.
Put a cam in it and a conical filter jet it and pull the two baffles out of the exhaust it'll be night and day.
Me and my buddies beat the sh*t out of that thing doing wheelies and jumping it not to mention my nephews ride it almost daily in the summer.idk wtf you guys are doing to them to have such bad luck.mines stock beside what I said up top and I put a small tranny cooler fan that draws 4amps and moves 290cfm on a toggle switch and run synthetics.I've replaced only bearrings in the front wheels and the carrier.
The thing never over heats always starts and for what it is does just fine I'm shocked no ones had luck with them.

dude ha i had a chin quad it was a jackel 110 and it was a 3 speed and no cltuch and air cooled, two or like three years after wards the tranny went out of it ha and locked up sold it for 100 and payed 1800 yeah big waste beat the hell out of the lil thing tho!!!
I doubt my. 8 y/o nephews is beating as hard as you but for what it is and who they're intended for (kids) they're not bad maybe I got the only good one idk.
