06 blaster clutch not working

ya ive stared at the diagram a bunch! tried at lunch and the rod is moving better but i just cant seem it get it out!

have you tried a strong magnet attached to a long thin screwdriver, or tipping the bike on it's side, .....maybe a shop vacuum with smaller hose to suck it out < all just thoughts,
splitting the cases may be required if nothing else works

I had success with tipping the blasty on it side! But I'd give the magnet and a steel coat hanger a try first ( I say that as not all of us have a 12" thin screw driver).

I'm still kinda stumped as to why you have had problems getting the clutch pressure plate and rod out Items Number 17-18-19-20 on the diagram. All you should have to do is remove the 5 screws and springs on the plate and pull it off, should be no resistance!

The rod was stuck to the ball bearing! have tried magnet, tipping it on its side! So it looks like ill have to split the cases when it gets warmer

i did notice the there is a nice groove in the clutch lever assembly that engages the rods! bet that had something to do with this mess.
