Same frame different motor vin #s match and for exhaust it's between toomey or alien dmc haven't made up my mind yet nor have I on what size carb I wanna do

With the DMC it just loves a rich needle setting, bottom clip seems to work well!
decided that it was time to pull my top end off to send it to KOR. well after fighting with one of the cylinder jug nuts for 2 HOURS! I found something interesting... I noticed that the connecting rod was black and that it said wiseco on the said ( huh sweet). then I decided to measure the piston with a total diameter of 2 5/8" which is 66.675 MM which is stock but the cylinder it self looks clean and fresh.
that's what ive been hearing I was gonna do a 240 but after talking to ken this was the best way for meSounds like a good Plan.You will be happy when you feel the new powwwaaaaa.
I'll vouch for That combo. The power delivery is smooth on mine. I ran a Dmc half of last year on this ported motor with good results. Best advise I can give on the exhaust is get one that will fit the style of riding you will be doing. The DMC is a good mid/low pipe. The toomey is a Mid/top.

got some more parts today!and started putting her back together
nice, looks great, has an army tank feel with that flat green. lots of goodies coming, cant wait to see more progress
