03 blaster won't start

Ok so I had an 03 blaster bone stock other than DG pipe and silencer. Anywho I power shifted the tranny one to many times and blew a chunk of the casing out from what I'm assuming is broken gear. I got a bottom end from a buddy off of a running blaster and just put my top end in it and now it won't start. It ran perfect before and I never touched anything in the carb. Any help is appreciated

No I don't have a puller to do so but it has plenty of spark which seems to be in time

Yep carb is full reeds are like new still

Also TORS is off and no oil injection system just premix fuel 32:1

tors had been disconnected before when it ran ?

you say it's got ...fuel, reeds, and spark, it should fire.
I'd look into getting a puller and checking woodruff key that holds flywheel in time.
whats the compression ?

Tors was off before I got the quad. And its holding 135 for about 5 minutes. But I haven't done a leak down test

Plus the donor bottom end came from a running blaster. Makes no sense
