03 blaster need help

i have a 03 blaster had to rebuild it and now it wont start i tock off the tors system it gets spark every now and then tested the stator its good i think it may be the carburator but i dont know it has 120 compression and if i but gas and oil down the cylineder it starts but only for a sec if any one can help thanks o ya the reeds are good to

first off, is the fuel on? do you get good fuel flow to the carb? why did it blow up in the first place? what do the reeds look like?

yes the fuels on got good fuel flow and not sure why it blew up but had to get a crank rod and piston for it the reeds look good held them up to the light and no light came through
