03 blaster a-arms

take something smaller than the bolt and push the pins that are in the pivot points into the a arms so there not into the frame mounts. there little pins that slide into the a arms. they might have slided out and holding the arm in.

i tried to hit it out with a hammer and it is not budging at all do i need to slide that boot off or somthing to undo somthin under that and is it bad if there is a hole in the boot

Its not good if you put a hole in the rubber boot. Now water and dirt will be able to get in the balljoint. There is a tool you can buy to remove balljoints. Its a tapered fork. If you can't get the tool, put the nut back on and leave the nut flush with the balljoint shaft and hit it with a rubber mallet. It usually takes a couple good hits to get it free.
