03+ and banshee axle same width

Was looking at durablue axles and noticed the 03-06 blaster and banshee had the same part#. So I looked at the factory specs on them both and a stock 03 blaster and banshee are the same width. I guess only the older blaster would benifit from the banshee swap. My question is does the 03 axle fit the older blasters?

the banshee axle is wider its the same for all years just as the blaster, it fits fine in 03+ blasters, but on 88-02 the brake hub has to be off a banshee for it to work

You are right. Thats what i get for looking up specs on google dammit
