02 frame for a 96?

Thanks. I picked up a 96 w/ the new style body kit last week and after I got it all cleaned up I noticed that the frame had previously been repaired (poorly) and the front is slightly tweeked (musta hit something hard with the left front tire)
some of the differnces in frames are the 03-06 is set up for disc brakes and the headlight is difference ect.
as long as you know what you have now then read the tenth digit when you buy a new one.

Mines def a 96 & the frame im looking at is an 02. Its actually bent on the lower rail that the vin is on right near the front plate the under rails connect/welded to.
Ouch! That's why I'm gusseting my frame I just got before I switch everything over.like this lol this is what happened to my first blaster when a arm nut came off

I was just gonna ask that.......where's the best places to gusset or add in some bars for strength?
Search the forum. I've seen threads on it. I'm not quite sure. I know there's a company who makes a kit.
there used to be one i think, but you dont want them...
