I am currently tearing apart my 01' Blaster. I would like some ideas on the rebuild. I want to pull every bit of power out of this little machine as possible. Big bore kit: yes or No? What else to go with the kit?Carbs/Reeds/Filter/Oil block off. 240 kit gonna run hot how /what best way to keep it cool it Whats the best suspension upgrades? A-Arm/Swingarm extentions? Let me know what you got and what you think works well. Any websites for parts would be great. I bought this machine brand new and have ridden it stock since. I have more time and money now and would like to play! Any info would be great. If you don't know what the heck you are talking about and are riding around on a wheeler someone else tricked out don't respond. would like info from those who have had mods put on from stock wheeler and have first hand experience of the improvement the mods made. Thanks in advance for any input. I really appreciate it!

well man the possibilies are almost endless, basically it comes down to wht you want to spend... for example a vitos BBK is ok but costs $500 but a CT sonic BBK is VERY nice but costs damn near $1000 for just the cylinder. a stroker crank is nice but requires the ports to be adjusted in order for it to run to its fullest potential. its all about making a complete package that all works well together.. cylinder, pipe, reeds, carb, and intake. but hands down porting is where its at, that will gain you the most power. i am in looove with my FLOTEK cylinder but we have a few other builders here that do good work too.

Don't forget the obvious... new pipe. Power pros or Toomey B1 Kit. You can get a B1 kit like I did and get a new uni air filter, jets, airbox vents (or leave the airbox lid off) and pipe/silencer.

In a nut shell, get a big bore kit on a stroker crank and a professional port job. That baby will scream!
