I just got paid. Ordered new plastics, Motion pro throttle and clutch cables, Handlebars, gaskets, a few main jets, reeds and lots of misc. sh*t.

Ya but if he charges me like out rages shipping like 20$ it will be no more than likely and can't you take steal wool and clean most of that stuff of the pipe and make it shiney again.
He raised it to 60+shipping I asked him to figure the shipping cost and to let me know I will tell you what he says. -
