It was the one that came with the pipe. I think I will just use a band clamp. We rode it on our trip It ran just fine. it has some oil residue on the pipe from the leak though.

I am talking about the joint at the Cylinder head... The pipe is all the way up to the flange that bolts to the head. Can I just put some High temp RTV in there and let it set overnight?

Adjust your Air/fuel screw on the left side of the carb.Turn it in a 1/2 turn then start it. Keep going until it gets better. If it goes all the wayy in back it out to where you started and go the other way. If this doen't help you may have a air leak...another 1/2 turn in whatever direction...

Umm... Why not? The only thing the spring does is keep the idle screw from backing off. Sometimes engines need more air than a stock idle circuit can give it. You act like I told him to drill a hole in the slide or something. LOL
