    I got it running nice now, used a 270 main jet. Runs so smooth. I'm having trouble posting these pics.

    I've been doing some reading, seems like besides getting REAL jets, I should also adjust my air screw a little bit, and the pilot jet is stock size. What would be the next size up and so on? But I'm not sure about the needle though.

    ok thanks for all the suggestions guys, I am going to go to the store tomorrow and grab some main jets and I have a stock needle that I never used from my rebuild kit. I'll tell you whats good sometime tomorrow.

    fmf fatty w/ a pro circuit 304 factory sound silencer. So when I go to the dealer in a few minutes, what size jets should I pickup?

    the dynojet jets are not the same sizes as real jets. I don't think its REALLY a 360. but all i have is the stock jet. and that one dynojet... will it hurt my engine running the stock one? will it hurt my engine running the larger one, until i can go and get a jet kit? This is also the break in...

    Well guys I finally finished rebuilding the entire quad, ran it today, bogging a bit down low but once it revs up its a beast. NOW THE PROBLEM (of course), why does it bog down low? Info: 2000 Blaster Aftermarket pipe no airbox lid 360 main jet DYNOJET KIT

    alright, i'm talking about where you would drain the bowl of the carb gas flows out of it even though I have the screw tight... this is because of a gasket between the bowl and the carb? I'm sorry i just want to make sure we're on the same page.

    I recently rebuilt my quad, including carb, I reassembled everything today, turned the gas on and gas was overflowing out of every hose on the carb, including the bowl drain, which the screw is TIGHT. WTF is going on, this has been a very long rebuild and I just want this thing to run, I'm tired!
