Finally Done!

I've been doing some reading, seems like besides getting REAL jets, I should also adjust my air screw a little bit, and the pilot jet is stock size. What would be the next size up and so on? But I'm not sure about the needle though.

I got it running nice now, used a 270 main jet.
Runs so smooth.

I'm having trouble posting these pics.

nice you should edit your signature to show info about your blaster. once you get a blaster dialed in they are alot of fun to ride and they tend to be extremely reliable as long as you do basic maintanace. once i get settled on my jetting i am going to add my jetting specs to my signature.

Here are those pictures you guys wanted.
I'm still not completely done, there are little things that need to be added/completed some stuff is held together with zipties

It's the girlfriends quad, I have a White 01 as well.

that is a krylon fusion makeover, thats the way we sprayed the bike, its pink and red.

I do have another question however.

How do I keep my fresh engine running fresh, last time the crank bearing overheated, I def. never want that again, and on my other quad, that I am yet to pull apart I have no compression so I'm assuming I need rings, and mabey some headwork I don't think anything major. But how do you keep the reliability of these quads high? Also how would i Know if i am running to lean, because that is what kills your motor obviously, the motor sounds fantastic all through the rev range and my plug is light black, not dark black, and not brown. Just nervous. lol

well they dont last forever. they do wear out eventually. when i had my blaster i rode it so much i rebuilt it almost every year. new piston and all. just make sure to keep the jetting right. and keep good oil and the right gas in it. it will last a long time.
