    My son has a 2000 blaster that conks out after about 15-20min of riding It fires back up after about 2-3min then runs fine and the process starts again I've replaced the cdi box, coil, plug and wire any input would be greatly appriciated

    Hello I have a 2000 blaster i bought for my son I replaced cdi box, coil and voltage regulator. After about 15-20 min of riding it will actually cut out and die always fires back up and will die out a short time after again and again any Idea it really has me stumped?

    Revs when handle bars turned

    Sounds like your throttle cable is to short causing it to open the carb when turned try possibly re routing the cable from the bars to the carb.

    Sounds like it could be a fuel delivery problem possibly a jetting issue try cleaning the carb?
