  As for 400exs, stock headers are pretty good from the factory. An HMF slip on would make pretty good power. If you DID want to spend around $500, sparks would be the way to go though. But then theres the old TC racing supertrapp shortys.. like i'm running. Dyno-proven to add the most power, pretty cheap used, and loud and aannoying!!
