Heres some pics of my new build. Its a 96 yz 250 with a dyno port pipe, other then they pipe it's all stock. Hoping to pick up a good amount of horse power. It's a quad we race on the ice. Comments app. Thanks

some more updates. got the frame cut, the motor and pipe are just sitting in the frame.

more updates!!! the radiator mount, made out of 1 1/4 x 1 1/4 angle steel.

front motor mount, just used some 1 inch flat stock from lowes and braced the center with mild steel.

the bottom motor mount, just 1 inch flat stock

the coil mount, couldnt find a great place to mount it so we just streched the old mount.

now the paint! the frame is a cobalt blue matallic and the a-arms and swing arm are satin black.

have u done anything with the silencer yet? i havent seen a pic of the full exhaust yet. not sure on which silencer your gonna be using but are you sure you wont have to make any mounts for the silencer to bolt to the frame? i got lucky on my swap and the mounts would move and i turned one mount upside down to bolt to the stock locations. im pretty sure on the other silencers i have seen the mounts are welded to the pipe and you would have to make some mounts for the silencer.

yes, i did mount the silincer. we cut off one of the mounts on the silincer and just used the back mount and mounted it to a piece of aluminum flat stock that is mounted with the grab bar and drilled and tapped it. here some pics.
