you need help removing this part of the carburetor

Use this.

Or pull the brass lock looking thing and slide it to the left. Then you can unscrew it from there.

Invest in a tub of elbow grease.

Remove the brass lock on left side of carb.

Then get a clean dry surface around the cap and give it all you got. Dont use a pliers.... And then order a TORs removal kit I:I
