ive read that its feasable to combine parts from the blaster motor and the dt200 dirtbike motor to create a liquid cooled blaster. does anyone know where you could even buy most of these parts? the dt 200 was never marketed in the US... tried canadian craigslist, havent found anything. anyone have one of these bikes? i think it'd be a pretty cool project.

you know i got thinking about that last night and i was wondering about a yz250 engine put on the frame. Its liquid cooled and about the same shape and size of the dt and blaster engine. The only thing that concerns me is the gearing in the transmission since it is geared for a bike not a quad.
In Canada we use kijiji not craigslist. But those DT200s never go cheap, usually $1500 and up, and there wasn't a lot of them made so it's hard to find parts bikes too.
thanks guys. ive had my eyes on ebay for a while, and im always looking on craigslist in the 6 state area. i know finding parts for it would be difficult, but i think it would be pretty sweet. and in agreement with braaap, i think a 250 blaster would be f*cking insane. i want that sh*t.
there is a DT200 about 6 blocks from me.. fkn dude must know what he has cuz he wont sell the bastard
