Yes it my 2005 YAMAHA R6!!!! NOT A QUAD HAHA. The rod that i think that you talking about is for the hydraulic brake kit that the person put on there. I have no idea were or who makes it. I think that i was a home made kit. But it works so im gonna leave it alone!!I:I ill post a pic of the brake kit tomarro!!! so you can see what im talking about.
