its aluminum rustoleum oil base mixed 6 parts paint 1 part thinner 1 part activator....same paint i used on my whole bike.....it tuff paint not as good as pc but a sh*t ton better then rattle can

that stuff works pretty well, put that on my old POS lumina and it held up great
