YA its nelsons, my husbands. thought i would share it here. what else do u do when u have a busted lt engine thats too hrd to get parts for and a nice rooler with an extra blasty case sitting in the garage???? YAMAZUKI........ thannks for the comments
whos is faster? mine ofcourse!!! j/k his has the works! we have dragged a few times. when he first got it running it was still in the tuning stage. he has now got it running correctly and has a 14 tooth front sproket which we havent ran yet. the rear tires are 18in and it was maxing out at like 50mph. he may have to go to a 15 tooth or get larger tires. it is also running a 34MM mikuni carb that is stock of the lt250 not a good carb for top end motor. runs good enough for now though.
Pretty sweet, nice way to use what you have. I put a 125 four stroke in one of those tiny chinese atvs that originally had a 50, I swear it was as fast as my big bear 350.
