have the papers saying what that its only been ridden 10 hours? and then on top of the 1500 you have to buy another frame? because that one doesnt have numbers? seems stolen lol

That is really sketchy. Its one thing not to have the title but no numbers or anything that itself shows that someone hid them for a reason.
