Okay guys my troubles are that my blaster had a complete rebuild like 4 mnths ago and haven't been rode because i had to get a new stator & magneto in which now i have but the problems is that i have these upgrades

TORS Elimination
New Petcock
0.10 Bored Cylinder w/ Wiseco Piston
New Uni Air Filter
Oil Injection- Block Off Kit

But it takes so many kicks to start and start quicker when i just pour gas to air filter and carb leaks when gas is on and quad is turned off and basically im tired and wanna be able to start and ride my blaster with only at the most 2 or 3 kicks... If you can give me tips please do Thnx need as many as possible

You need to clean the carb, paying particular attention to the needle and seat, and starting circuit, then set the float level.

Make sure you have at least a #260 main jet in the carb to suit the Uni filter and 32:1 premix.

Do a leak down test.

Check the reeds for chips or cracks.

Start the bike, warm it up and adjust the idle, then do a plug chop to confirm jetting.

ok I will do all of that tomorrow but I don't understand all about the #260 being in carbs so what and where would be a #260

The main jet in the carb that picks up fuel from the bottom of the float bowl.

They are stamped with their size, you should be able to pick on up from the local bike shop.

This may help.

Float level should 20 to 21.5mm on a stock carby.

Idle adjusting.

Start with air screw 1.5 turns out.

Set idle screw so that it has some sort of idle. With TORS big screw under seat on top of unit. No TORS brass screw midway down carb body.

Warm up motor and then set idle screw for a fast idle.

Adjust air screw either way to get the fastest idle.

Adjust air screw a little at a time leaving 10 secs to allow the motor to respond.

Re adjust idle screw for desired idle .
