yamaha blaster 2002 start problems

hi everyone!

I have a problem with my 2002 blaster, it dont start and i open the carb and a find the fuel jetter stock! y cleaned and change the gas cuz i see water on it< now just stay running with the choke on, when i move a lil bit the idle screw on the top of the carb the motor accelerate almost to trow the piston (very very high) just for a seconds then the motor stop running! i already change the spark but nothing happens.. i need some pro assistance thanks..
 
You may have a fuel starvation problem or an air leak.

The petcock filter and the needle and seat assembly could be dirty, stopping a good supply of gas to the float bowl.

What pipe do you have, and what are your other mods, I am concerned about the stock #230 main jet.
 
Fully clean carb with carb cleaner, blow all passages with compressed air.

Set float level as per manual.

Do a leak down test.
