WTF does spark plug chop mean?

WTF does spark plug chop mean?.. and what does it do 4 ya bike?

short verision...... warm machine up on a old plug, once warm, swap in a new plug, than proceed to make a wide open pass thre 4-5-6th if can, than once you let off the throttle shut if off, and pull the plug. than cut the threads off the plug to see what color the porclen is...

true.. im just sayin whats posted everywhere... hell me personnaly iv NEVER done a plug chop.. i guess its the car guy in me, i set it up my ear and responce.. everyone seen vids of my old blaster... no hesitation anywhere!!! no pinh no detonation, no fouled plugs, started 1st kick every time in the middle of winter and warm weather

if you cut them no... if you just pull the plug and look at the color with out cutting them.. yes

not to step on feet here being new, but if you research plug chop there is a band of color at the base of the porclen not visible w/o cutting the plug this is where to actually look


please no power band jokes
