figured since its remeberanec day i would start this thread.

first i would like to thank all that are serving, and i know a few of you are on the site.

anyways, if worst comes to worst would you answer the call?

id answer but wouldnt wanna go lol...i think im too old for that not but i work for a government contracter now that does alot of work for the military making radar systems and that jaz.

after 9/11 i was thinking about the marines, but asthma was too bad to join up with much of anything.

i was gunna join but asthma really limits possibilities in the canadian forces, maybe i will ed up mapping for them

got many buddies in the service. one rides a blasty even. last time he was home we went to a club/bar downtown, they wouldn't let him in because he had his boots on. lets just say after having a very civilized talk with the nice black man, they allowed up to go in for free.

i did 4 years and two 7 month deployments in the navy on the USS Theodore Roosevelt (cvn 71)...didnt care for it too much but if i had the chance to do it again your damned right i would...lots of good/fun memories (beers and b!tches)

Did 20 years in the Air Force and I would enlist again if needed. I can still pass their PT test but they may balk at the weight I put on since retiring.

I did my 4 yrs in the Army. I was in the Infantry and if they needed me i would be back in. I got out 8/11 and was sure i was goin back but they never called.

Did my 4 in the USAF. It was awsome. Traveled asia. Seen Phillippines,Thailand,Singapore,Japan,Korea,Australia. Not only did i enjoy serving my country but i also enjoyed the putang that was includedI:I

I went to thailand too man. hells yeah!!!!!!!!! had the time of my live over there. and another place that would suprise you for women and fun was israel!
