Won't start

I have a 2003 blaster with full fmf exhaust 260 jet with a 32.5 pilot jet and tors removed with motion pro eliminator kit I was riding the other day for a pretty good time and it died but would not kickstart I can roll start it and ride it for about 30 minutes and shut it off and kick it and it's starts first kick but when it sits overnight or for a few hours it will not kick what could this be it has good compression, brand new plug, and has spark and the entire motor was rebuilt by dealer and has had about 100 miles on it since the rebuild

Are there any other mods like premix, aftermarket air filter or airbox lid removal?

If it is not starting cold, the fuel enrichment circuit could be blocked, or the reeds could be poor.

Have you checked the float level?

Did the dealer leak test the engine after rebuild?

Did you perform heat cycles and then re tighten the head and cylinder nuts?

Have you run 2 tanks of fuel through at no more than 3/4 throttle?

What is your compression reading?

I got it working now the fuel filter was upside down but it's working for now I might have to check back in again if it's not working

So, you just flushed all the dirt from the tank side of the filter right into the carbs. Good job.

Take out the fuel filter.

The stock tank has one already and the one you put on is just another problem (hence, this problem)
