wont start

i was going 6th gear pinned and all of a sudden i hear a big pop sound and my engine bogs down and wont start.so i tested the compression and i got 125psi.I cleaned the carb so its getting gas.but i have a weak spark so i think its the ignition coil but i just want to be sure.i dont think its the plug.

You can try a new plug but it sounds like your coil or CDI went out. All that unburnt fuel hitting that hot pipe, you should of gotten a few pops.

hahaha the exact same thing happend to me at croom yesterday!? I rode hard all day then at about 4 I had it tacked in 6th about 3 seconds later burr boww it just died and wouldnt start?? I havent had a chance to even look at it but I will tonight after work. Towed it bout a 1/2 mile to the truck!

wow thats crazy i was at croom too. it happened on trail E at like 2:00. i was riding a 400ex because my blaster broke.but i ordered an ignition coil

You saw me or your cdi went too?? Hopefully its something small and not my topend!! It was a PERFECT day before that, Croom is sooooo bad ass

i dident see you but yes it went out yesterday but i was there.just check ur compression, i got lucky because my friend left his compression tester at my house.
