Won't idle

maybe you put wrong size piston in it?
list everything you bought, post pics maybe
what year is it?
did you get a compression test?
was it running ok before you touched it?
answer all please:)

I bought a new piston new rings clips and all new gaskets it's an 04 and it ran all the way up till the gaskets started leaking so I replaced them all and rebuilt the motor

I can start it and go and it will idle when it wants to it will idle right sometimes but sometimes idle high or not at all

I'd go back in that carb and make sure its really clean, clean the pilot jet well. The high idle sounds is a sign of running lean. did you try and adjust the idle screw? Its either on the the side of the carb, or on the top of the TORS block.

That video is when it wouldn't idle with out throttle tommoro I will see if u can get it to idle high and make another video bc right before it got dark here it idled fine I don't get why it just does different things every time I start it

I also when the first start after rebuild used the old plug like someone told me to so that I wouldn't foul a new plug out then today I used a new plug and it also may be foul

Have you played with your throttle cable make sure its not getting tweaked or something. its strange, sometimes high sometimes low, could be running rich with an airleak, its hard to say. If you don't have one get a leaktester, they are priceless!

When u put the new plug in it's fine it's just after I ride it for a bit and ahit it offand start it again and shut it off an start it again it starts doing it that's where I'm lost at

?
oil injection or are you pre mixing?,stale gas
airscrew setting?
compression test?
baffle in that stock exhaust header could be crapping the bed
who knows....if you did not measure bore/honed/bored before you bought piston, have not leak tested, have not compression tested....who knows, it was probably overheating if your gaskets were bad and it was being driven.
