So I bought a blaster recently and the bike won’t idle. It doesn’t bog and goes through the gears like a dream but the bike will just not idle I have to constantly give it gas. I also have to have the gas turned on for it to start, even when riding for 10/20 minutes if I turn it off for a second, try and kick it back over it won’t start without the gas on at all which isn’t the main problem here but thought I would add that in. The other day I had been riding for a good solid 15 minutes of hard riding and it idled for about 2 minutes then cut out. What could this be? I put a new plug in to make sure. It has a new carb with about 40 minutes to an hour on. The air filter looks abit older so I’ve ordered a new one. I have not however ran through the full tank it came with so I have no idea on the ratio the last guy was using, he did mention it didn’t ideal though until I had been warmed up quite a lot. Any ideas ?
