Wiseco...

So I want to get a wiseco piston. but what will i need to get besides a cylinder head in order for it to run? and what would be the best product that would aid in performance ALOT. Thanks

you can find a better price than that, should be around 100 bucks, the lighter than shock weight will give throttle response, but imo i would wait till you need to tear down to do this, that is what i am doing

yup, wait till it needs a rebuild before you do the wiseco. they're a good investment though, more reliable than a cast piston

boysen power reeds are nice, when the snow hits send your head to ken oconnor for it to be redesigned, well worth the 70 bux

only $70 wow !!!! haha, im already getting boyesen reeds, but which ones are the best, they have carbon fiber, and what not... idk which ones to choose... and if i send it to ken oconner, what does he do to it. thanks whitty

thats the link to what he does, basically it brings the head loser making less room for the combustion increasing the compression therefore increasing the HP. Stock PSI is 125 ish, mine is at 255psi now with stock gaskets. With this mod you need to run 93 octane gas though, taht is it, i love it, the power increase is jaw dropping

and i am not familiar with the US gas industry, it will be the most expensive brand, depends if the company goes that high

just looked it up, premium gas here is usually 93 octane, plus is usually 89-90, and regular is 86-87. ok so i got that down, and i got to his website and founf the head redisignin, its only $60, but prob $10 for shipping

Wiseco are made in china now. Everyone is going with wossner pistons. They are made in germany.

Or check into vertex... My 01 had a vertex piston, I think there made in italy?
