Looks good we are doing the same thing this winter... The frame is in the shop right now getting PC'd. (Our oven is not built yet).

The rest we will be PCing on our own.

Im sure pics will be coming soon. We are still waiting for the powder to get here.

Hoping to see pics of this project... What color do you have in mind?

Is that a TTR in the background or a PW?? Good little starter bikes

thats my sons 2004 ttr90, i just picked that up for him a few months ago. hes 7 and its his first bike !! we've had allot of fun together on em the last few weeks !!

i was red and blue before, i think im gonna do away with the red and do allot of the things like hubs, pegs etc in blue.....i had my brakes painted yellow yesterday by a buddie that works for a local autobody shop. they look pretty sweet i think, with the fresh blue hubs and yellow brakes it should stand out i think..I'll also have nice new shinny brake lines as well..whats everyones thoghts?

k..some newer pics on where im at in this build...its not a major build like a few others(battbike, blaster freek..lol)which i gotta say is awesome !!! ..lol...if your reading this ...unbelievabley awesome work guys !!..

just go tmy swinger back, me and a buddy fabricated a new one..we went +4 with the length and moved the shock mount back 5 inches, im very happy with how it come out..we built a jig for this, made it strait and i think we reinforced it well..come out pretty good..the move'n of the mount added roughly 4 inches of lift to the rear

i decided to go with blue and yellow fo rmy paint..we sprayed all the foot pegs an dheal guards, d.jackson airscoops royal blue, we sprayed my spindles black and did all the brake parts in yellow..

still have allot to do..but its getting there..should look brand new when im done..i also go tone of those blue flame seat covers and matching shock covers off ebay the other day..when they get in i will post some more pics on them..I may do a little diy seat cover thread when i install it cause i havent seen one on here yet....I also have an aluminum swingarm skid plate ill be putting on tomorrow when i get to the brake line and chain..more pics to come

i redid the top and bottom rear shock mounts today..
i used the stock kfx bolt on top, used a few washers for spacers and put in two steel bushings to take up the slop in the frame mount holes.

I did away with the bottom stock blaster "pin" and cotter pin because it was sloppy and it sucked !!! I drilled out the holes to a 1/2 inch, added a 1/2 inch bolt, bought a 1 inch brass bushing, filed it down to 7/8th of and inch to space the middle of the shock and added a few washers take up the slack
now its all nice and snugg !!! like it should be..
