so i got this little 50 cc dirtbike for my girlfriends sons for his birthday. havent got it running yet because of the spark plug was a nada7c something , no parts stores could crossrefrence it to a ngk or any brnad plug for that matter. i found that it is ewuivalent to a c7hsa NGK plug. got one but it has a screw top on it and theres screwtop in the existing part to screw into on the bikes spark plug boot. can the spark plug boots be swapped out for a different one? i have a spare blaster plug boot to use can it be used??

i have done alot of work with these smaller bikes, but i cant understand what your saying, if you put up a pic of bike and plug that you bought it would be alot of help. i think i now what you mean, but i dont want to lead you down the wrong road as im not 100% sure on what you mean...

it has a screw in type spark plug boot. i want to swap it over to a style like the blasters are, where the spark plug boot just clips on.
basically i want to swithch it over to a regular styl plug boot

i know what you'r on about just pop it in it should'nt make any difference

if the old one had the kind of ball style end and this one has a screw end it'll make a world of difference. if the old plug has the same style end then just pop it in

i had a few mini motos and they both fitted fine as i had 2 of each type of spark plug lol

i had a problem with one of my old bikes that the ball kind of end, which just screws over the screw part, was loose and absolutely reeked havoc with the spark.

my spark plug that has the threaded top ...the one on the left in the pic above...
but the plug boot thats on the bike has no guts in it, when you put the boot over the plug nothing connects.

thats the problem, i tried the little cap off a blaster plug, but theres still nothing connecting inside there.
boots sre switchable right? not vehice specific?

so i switched the plug boot from my old blaster , everything is good on tat end but there is no fuel getting to the engine.
stupid fake ass dirtbike
