wierd bog

I'm still breaking in my new rebuild, so maybe that is causing this but I dont think so. If I'm just riding around in my yard at low speed and blip the throttle all the way open for a second it will bog down instead of revving up. If I hold it in the engine will die. If I just push at a medium pace the throttle in it will accelerate smoothly. I think it's the main jet being too big but I'm not sure its a 320. I'm going to Iron Pony today (like a wal-mart for motorcycles, dirt bikes, and quads) so I'll pick up some extra plugs for doing some plug chops.
But does this sound like I'm on the right path.

i would say so, mine did the same thing while i was tuning, it, i have a keihin, the guy i got it from had a 175 in it, i dropped mine to a 156 and its perfect.so i would say start with 290 and go from there.

Thanks guys, I just got a bunch of plugs, so I'm gonna go mix up some fresh gas and do some plug chops.
And yes its the 96 in my sig but it looks nothing like that anymore. I need to get an updated pic, but I'll wait till I get all the repainting finished and my stretched swinger

well if your on a fresh rebuild.. id try to finish the break in process before doing plug chops... the boggieness could just be from lower rpm riding and not clearing out since your not really gettin on it,

sounds liek a rich needle and or pilot ... lean it out one needle clip postion at a time til l the response and torque are there ,whats the pilot at ?
