ok so i go to put more money onto my paypal with my greendot maoneypack card thing and i enter all my info, the card number and everything else and it said somethin like we cannot verify your info therefor your card will need to be rufunded for your money back or somethin dumb like that
I believe that since you do not recieve a statement or a "bill" from those pre-paid cards, they have no way to verify your info.. Sucks but is just protecting the seller!
Dont use the money pack i have done the same thing in the past before i had real cards and had the same problem. If ur gonna use a prepaid, instead of getting the greendot moneypack get the greendot prepaid credit card. its the same price like 5 bucks. then go to your paypal account and select add edit credit cards and input the info like its a regular personal card. works great never had any problems doing it that way....
Also im not sure if they followed through with it but for a while paypal was saying that getting your account verified was gonna become mandatory and the two ways to become are adding a bank account and getting the paypal credit card. not sure if it ever happened but i would make sure of it.
