i wouldn't say that......most of the ones that don't run on here are ones that are driven into the ground by operator error and lack of maintenance
yeah probably. the people who post often are the ones who end up with the sicknessI:I

ya 3/4 of that 3/4 only don't run because they got the sickness and had to rebuild![]()
Most of those are due to people who fail to prepare by educating themselves. They try and do things with no idea why or how, just because everybody else does. Before you add a pipe or remove an airbox lid you need to know how to jet, before you know how to jet you need to understand air/fuel mixtures, before you can do anything to your motor you need to know how to determine what shape the engne is in. Bolting on a pipe because you are facintated by shiny objects and everybody says it will make your bike faster without knowing the basics is a recipe for disaster. Getting a bike ported requires good jetting skills as it becomes more sensitive to error. If you can't make it run right stock, your sure as hell not going to get it to run right built.
and another thing if you ask how do you tell when to clean your carb it probley needs cleaned
no, blasters have a bad rep because there a 200cc air cooled 2 stroke engine utilizing super old technology, not only with the engine, but the suspension too. combine that with a rider who thinks its super fast and decides to race banshee's, 450's, hell even 400's. that is why blasters have a bad rep
i took care of my blaster. mixed the gas 32:1 and that was a little rich, had perfect jetting, cleaned the air filter, and checked the plug a few to be sure on jetting. then the lower rod bearing went causing the piston to move and the skirts broke off. im gettin rid of mine after i rebuild it one last time.
Nah, the complete idiots usually have a zillion posts beginning with "help it was running funny but I went for a ride anyways and it stopped running and now won't start" This post is usually proceeded by several days with a post that says " check out my complete rebuild" The rebuild consisted of zero mechanical service, but did include several cans of krylon and monster stickers.
damn dude if this site bothers u that much, why do u keep torturing yourself coming here......so ur pretty much calling any with over 4000 posts complete idiots?
